COMPASS is updating Communities in Motion, the long-range transportation plan for Ada and Canyon Counties, and we want to make sure the plan reflects what matters most to area residents.

In 2020 you told COMPASS that supporting safety, convenience, economic vitality, and quality of life were the most important things to consider when planning the future transportation system. Just like with your household budget, there is only so much money to pay for transportation projects, which means decision-makers have to make tough choices of what gets funded, and what does not.
To put it bluntly, there isn't enough money to pay for all of the transportation improvements our region needs.
